Super Breakout is a pretty unique game. Right from the start you are given the ability to choose your own music or the games music. There are 2 game modes you can choose from, Classic and Super.
Classic game mode is the original Atari version. Nothing much to this mode, pretty plain and simple! You can choose to play 1 or 2 players, and there are 3 different versions Cavity, Double, and Progressive.
Super game mode has a lot more depth to it. There are high scores, settings you can change, choose to play 1 or 2 players, and there are 2 versions Normal and Progressive. Normal has power ups along with stunning graphics. Progressive keeps adding lines of bricks to the top as time goes by. This creates a challenging aspect to levels.
Overall Super Breakout is an okay game. Game play is easy, although it seems slow most of the time. This makes the game pretty simple and can get repetitive pretty quickly. The paddle itself it really small and makes the Classic game mode impossible. The graphics in this game are pretty good and save this game from being a total disaster. If you want a game that is pretty and doesn’t really do too much else, it is the game for you.
