Would love to see some suggestions on how to get a high score (above 30 Million).

I've completed all 50 levels but only managed a score of 28 Million.

I find it hard to improve on that. Even my 2nd lvl 50 run (died on 50) only got me to 26 Million. I think I'm missing some good techniques.
